COMOAA makes a positive difference in our community. There are many advantages to membership. In addition  to many community service  and advocacy opportunities, we also offer a hearty camaraderie.

COMOAA sponsors a JROTC Scholarship program that makes a difference in the lives of our potential future leaders. We support the Oregon Veterans Home in the The Dalles with monetary contributions as well as donations via the Big Red Box. We support Central Oregon Veterans Outreach that provides services to homeless and at risk veterans in Central Oregon.  We also participate in many local patriotic and civic functions conducted throughout each year.

MEMBERSHIP CRITERIA  men and women  who are serving or have served on active duty or in one of the National Guard or Reserve components as a commissioned or warrant officer in one of the United States uniformed services: Army, Marine Corps, Navy, Air Force, Space Force, Coast Guard, National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration, and Public Health.

NEW MEMBER INSTRUCTIONS

Eligibility: currently serve, or have served on active duty or in the reserves or National Guard as commissioned officer or warrant officer, in any of America’s uniformed services. 

If you meet the membership criteria,  click the link directly below to open and/or save a fillable COMOAA Membership Application (PDF Format). Type in the required information:

When complete, save and then email the application to:

All new member applications must be reviewed and approved the Board of Directors. 

Once your membership has been confirmed, you will be notified by email or USPS.

Member dues are $25/annually. First first year dues are $25 with an additional fee for new name tags. This fee is either $10 or $20 – depending on whether you are single or have a spouse.

You have two options for payment:

1.  Personal Check for $35 or $45 made out to COMOAA. Send this check with your completed membership application to the above postal address. 

or

2.  Online (PayPal): Email your membership application to comoaa@outlook.com. After receiving a response that your application was accepted, you should then Pay New Member Dues.

See below and select the number of name tags needed (1 or 2). Fill-in your full name in the space provided, click the “Pay Now” button and follow the instructions. Note: You do not have to be a PayPal member to use this function.
